Andrea Pirlo? Living legend

As you may know, Andrea Pirlo who retired the other day is well known around the word, probably by every football fan. I would like to just spend some time going through his life as a football player and all his achievements.

Pirlo started playing in a very small team in Italy, called Brescia. During this time Pirlo was not very famous and people did not know him very well. However, when he moved to AC Milan and in 2001 his career began to develop. Pirlo left AC Milan in 2011 with a champions league title as well as fame.

Pirlo then moved to Juventus which is where most people will recognise him from. Pirlo had a great success in Juventus and played along with many great football players such as Pavel Nedved, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Buffon. In Juventus Pirlo won the Italian league 4 times in a row and the Italian cup once.

During his career he also won the world cup with Italy in 2006. In Juventus he also received best player award 3 times. We can clearly see that Pirlo had a very successful career and should be known for his great performances in both the National team, AC Milan and Juventus. However, Pirlo retired from NYC FC as he completed his career in the US.

Either way, Pirlo was a great football player and is now a living legend within football.
